Explain my bill
Every CPG ASIA charge appears in your account with a downloadable invoice.
Find your invoices
Sign in, open Account, then Membership. Invoices list the date, invoice number, plan and amount.
Select Download to save a PDF invoice for expense claims.
Plans and pricing
Monthly membership is USD 5.99. Quarterly is USD 16.17 (10% saving) and annual is USD 61.10 (15% saving).
Charges renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
A charge looks wrong
Plan changes are prorated, so a mid-cycle switch may show a partial amount.
If a charge still looks incorrect, contact Customer Support with the invoice number.
