Nestlé Reviews Sale of New Zealand Supplement Business Go Healthy
Nestlé has begun a strategic review of The Better Health Company, the Auckland-based owner of supplement brand Go Healthy, four years after buying it for $375 million, as the company continues to streamline its wellness portfolio.

Nestlé has launched a strategic review of The Better Health Company (TBHC), the New Zealand supplement business behind its Go Healthy brand, according to a company spokesperson. The review will examine a full range of options to position the business for future success, though the outcome and timeline remain uncertain.
Nestlé Health Science acquired TBHC in its entirety in 2022 for $375 million (NZD), buying the business from Beijing-based CDH Investments and TBHC's founding shareholders. The deal included Go Healthy, described at the time as New Zealand's leading vitamin and supplement brand, an Auckland manufacturing facility called New Zealand Health Manufacturing, and the Manuka honey brand Egmont.
